This UV Paper Scroll Display Computer should have been released in 2018 alongside the SLA 3D printers, but no person or company in any country of the world ever announced a technology like this or made a real prototype.

Having a big size screen computer is very valuable, but to give a person a 15 inch computer screen, it would cost $25-50 in 2025. A 2 inch LCD is $2, but sizes around 15in are much more expensize. The UV Paper Display is magically low cost because it does not need to have a 1024x768 LCD manufactured which has nearly a million pixels to need transistors for each pixel and high technical complexity of design and manufacturing. The UV paper Display could be made with a 1024x1 or 1024x10 resolution. This dramatically simplifies the complexity of the panel.

To make a 1024x768 print, a receipt printer would be 1024 x (Length of Paper). An LCD that only has one thousand pixels compared to one million would cost dramatically less. People of global poverty have no free computer. A 15in display might only be afforded by a very small percent of impoverished nations. This UV Paper is the only 15in high resolution display that could cost less than $10 for a portable computer with a large screen.

It's made of paper, as cheap as paper, but does everything a computer can do. It has Apps, WiFi, Files, Documents, Books, Photo, Maps,
Music, Search Reference Text Libraries, Headphones, MicroSD Card, Internet,
 and thousands of other features.

To finish this concept into a fully manufactured and market available product, there are a few unfinished pieces. A custom LCD panel has to be designed and produced. This will cost a million dollars. A custom paper covered in a photochromic coating has to be developed. I have a rough prototype of this paper, but I do not have the resources or technology to make the final perfect version of it that is perfectly smooth and durable. I did the work to discover the theories of this concept. I could easily write the source code of a custom operating system to run on a microcontroller for the world's lowest cost large display high resolution computing tablet. I could easily design the circuit board that links the processor chip to a custom UV LCD panel, buttons, battery, motors, and other components. I even know how to design the plastic casing, metal frame, and mechanics for the paper feeding. I cannot make a custom LCD panel. This is done by the most advanced factories in the world and is more expensive than all of my assets. There are many advanced paper manufacturing factories and services around the world. I would recommend to contract services of paper manufacturing companies to make a high quality custom photochromic paper that fits the specifications of this tablet concept, such as making sure it is perfectly smooth, durable, and does not wear. I have many ideas about this, ranging from coating the photochromic paper in a transparent, transmissive, plastic layer that is a lowest friction surface to slide cleanly and smoothly through a tight roller gap where the paper's flat surface meets the UV LCD panel's flat surface. I tested that the photochromic powder will hold high resolution text and images for about a minute if the light blasts the powder at high intensity. The text can stay on the screen for only ten seconds if light is less intensity and duration to the powder. This powder is a rare miracle in nature that makes a high resolution computer tablet. This powder keeps graphics for ten seconds or a minute. It is adjustable through the intensity and duration of the UV lights. The photochromic paper could also have a backing material of plastic and probably will. I will still call it paper though. This UV Paper display could come in many sizes, such as a 5 inch tiny version and a 15 inch big version.
